Golf Party Ideas/Inspiration

A friend was talking about golf today at work - I have tried to golf and that is good enough for me lol... I do kick butt in mini-golf, though!

Here is some Frosting to add to your Golf theme event...

Super cute tablecloth idea - argyle patterns are a must in a golf theme!  Source

How clever are these lunch baskets for the kids?! Glue golf balls to the bottom of inexpensive baskets.  Source

Wrap "club" sandwiches in coordinating paper and add a tee - so adorable! Source

Other fun golf themed food... pretzel "hole flags", donut "bucket of balls" and blue Kool-aid as "Water Hazard"! So clever! Source

Fondant even the most novice baker can do! Cut round green circles, mini black circles and roll tiny white golf balls (secret, just a little dab of water will "adhere" each piece to each other).  Add tiny hole flags to toothpicks and you have an easy and awesome dessert! Source unknown :o(

oopsie!!!

Please tell me I am not alone... I hit the delete key this weekend and deleted ALL my photos - now my "day" job is in technology so I should be embarrassed... but deleting an empty folder it asks me "are you sure"?... but delete the whole thing, no asking?! ...well, all is not lost, just have to restore everything UGH! So party on without me... should be back tomorrow! hugs!

Peas in Pod twin baby shower!

Twins run in my family so let's hope when we are ready to start a family we aren't looking for twin themes ;o)

A cute invite would be 2 circle and a half felt circle as the pod! Source

Love the pops of different shades of green in this setup! Super clever idea - they used round paper lanterns as "peas"! Source

Use wash clothes or hand towels (depending how big you want) and round bath fizzes as decorations or favors! Extra fun would be to use a cookie cutter of the letter of the names and imprint! Source unknown (have searched for hours!)

Simple fondant anyone can do! Two pieces of green fondant, 2 balls of fondant - tada! Source
