It's finally warming back up towards Fall weather here! I don't know about you, but I am in full Thanksgiving dreaming mode! What desserts are you going to make? Have a yearly tradition?

Mini chocolate mousses would be an excellent choice too! Could even substitute a more seasonal flavor like pumpkin or caramel! Source and recipe

Pumpkin brownies made in muffin tins give a clean, easy single serve method! Source and recipe

My hubby hates bread pudding (you are asking how could I marry him then, right?! lol) I LOVE LOVE bread pudding! This gingerbread eggnog bread pudding sounds like it would be a crowd impresser!  Source and recipe

Dessert Bar: Apples

We are SOOO loving our Fall days here! I hope we get a long Fall! Especially would be nice not have to the heating bill kick in too fast!

Mini Party Desserts!

Sorry guys! My stepson (10 years old) arrived from TX for the summer and WOW does it turn our worlds upside down! AND on top of it, it's my husband's bday! WOOT!!! Happy Bday Husband!

So since my man has a HUGE sweet tooth... I'll dedicate today's post to desserts! Don't forget about older, but still fresh!, Frosting for party desserts here (link)

These are SUCH a perfect idea - mini pies!!! Just cut out pie crust with a cookie cutter, dab filling, dab of whipcream and finish off with some garnish!  You can make any combination (and just cheat and buy some premade fridge crust!) Source and recipe

Another easy idea... sliced apples with caramel filling and chocolate drizzle! Source and recipe

Can NEVER go wrong with chocolate! These mini pots of chocolate pots de creme look amazing! Source and recipe

Keep on with the chocolate! ... dip marshmallows in chocolate and drizzle with contrasting chocolate (even dip them in cookie crumbs, candy cane, nuts, coconut, etc) for an inexpensive and yummy mini bite! (also love this dollar store tray she Frosted with chalkbaord paint! genius!) Source

Simple party desserts!

Did anyone else have an AMAZING weather day?!? WOOT SPRING!!! So I  admit that sometimes even I get intimidated by some of the desserts people whip up and I consider myself pretty adventurous in the kitchen! So here is a collection of desserts even the most novice can attempt!

Fluffer nutter bites! Mix a few ingredients (see source), wrap around marshmallow and roll in nuts! ta-da! YUMMY! Source and recipe

Use leftover brownies (even made from a box mix!)... roll into a ball, and roll into different toppings for Brownie Truffles!!! Source and tutorial

Buy pre-made brownie bites or make from box mix... melt chocolate wafers (from craft store) and dip just half in... if you want to get fancy, use a spoon or lolli stick and drizzle a contrasting chocolate to create stripes.  Source unknown :o(

Buy icecream sandwiches or even just cookies, use tissue paper, fabric, cupcake wrappers, insert a lolli stick, tie off with a bow! Everyone will look past the fact you didn't make the actual treat ;o)  ...if you insist on making from scratch... Source and recipe

Appetizers/Desserts... in cones!

You know I am a sucker for presentation! Here are some ideas to Frost your next appetizer/dessert table...using cones!

Wrap up anything (including these wrap "pizzas") and serve in a fancy display to add instant awesomeness! Source (display rack here)

How clever is this!? Just stab the mini cone into sliced fruit (or veg) to help it stand upright! Source

You could also use napkin rings as your stability! You could even do shot glasses or anything round! Source

Fill cones with fudge and wrap up pretty to create favors! Source

Desserts - Fruits being bad!

Apple slices are a great snack... but chocolate covered apple slices coated in nuts and coconut is a party! Source

Strawberries have great health benefits... so dipping in burleed marshmallow cream will help encourage you and your guests to eat more ;o)  Source and tutorial

Bananas are sweet on their own, but rolling in all these goodies would make them even sweeter! Source and recipe
