Forget chalky candy hearts... when you can have candy heart cheesecakes hello?!? How much is your mouth watering right now? You can customize to say whatever you want! Source and tutorial

Need a simple idea? Add food coloring to milk and freeze in heart tray (you can find silicon trays at dollar store!).  Source and tutorial

Book Club party ideas/inspiration

Hope all of you guys stay safe as the hurricane is threatening to come to the States! We had an earthquake here yesterday! OMG! We NEVER have anything in DE, serious. We are borrrinnnggg. So it really shook (pun intended heehee) us up!

I love book club parties or just a book themed party! D and I read a lot and we are even taking a small bedroom downstairs and turning it into a library! WOOT! Also, here is some older, but still fresh!, Frosting for a book theme (here).

I love this idea! Blown up pages of a book on the wall! If you don't have access to a photocopier... why not make a collage of pages on a piece of cardboard! Source

Rolled up pages pinned to form a wreath would be a great themed welcome for your guests.  Source

Fanned pages placed under dinner plates can add that little touch of whimsy to your dinner! Use a photocopied page and a button to make a fantastic wrap around napkins. Source

Use pages to to trim out cake plates, line trays or a little strip around a cup, etc.  Source

A great dessert item are these little "books".  Source and tutorial

Book Club Party Inspiration!

First, did you enter in the raffle?!? Fellow mom, Pam, is SO close to making her dreams come true!

Are you in a book club? Why not add a few special details at your next book club meeting?

Make fun invites that look like library cards! What would be even more fun is to leave room and have the guests stamp them at every book club meeting for a great keepsake! Source

Set up buffets with books (of course!) - try adding some twine and a special note! Source

Use pages from a book to create a unique and beautiful wreath - Add this to your reading space in your home, even! It's that beautiful! Source

How fun would these pins be to make for each lady?!? Use a flower hole punch to cut each layer, then use a needle and twine and sew the button on - glue a pin on the back and va-la! Source

How fun are these? Add slivers of book pages to clothes pins! Use on favor bags, to hold pics on a banner or upright to hold buffet cards! Source found via tatertotsandjello blog
