Spring/Easter Ideas and Inspiration: Carrots

Though it doesn't feel like Spring yet here, I am getting the itch for Spring cleaning! I have spent all week between rearranging rooms and being sick :( boo! It's hard to believe that Christmas wasn't last week! So I guess we better start thinking about Spring and Easter (if you celebrate)!

Here are some carrot ideas/inspiration to get your creative juices flowing!

Transform chocolate dipped pretzels & crushed cookies into "bunny food"! Source and tutorial

WOOT! We just got notice we get out of work early tomorrow! Excited to have the extra time! Everyone that is celebrating, ready for this weekend? I know our stores have been PACKED the past few days - guess everyone is a bit behind!

More Easter inspiration!

Are you guys experiencing snow too?! Not helping my over 8 month pregnant body want to move! Trying to really focus on getting stuff ready for our new arrival! Thanks for putting up with my limited posting schedule!

More Easter! - more bunnies!

I took a well deserved day off today! WOOT! Me and the hubby drove out of town to attend a baby consignment expo - what a bust! I was shocked at the prices! I mean 2/3 the price of a new item for a well-loved used one, hmmm... we'll pass! We'll stick to local garage sales lol. It was still a nice day out even though it was snowing at the beginning of the day!  COME ON SPRING ALREADY!

Last time for Easter ideas/inspiration - Rustic!

How is it almost Easter already?! Hope everyone has something great planned for the long weekend (even if you aren't celebrating!) We are going to get our SHOPPING on! WOOT! Comfy sneakers, check, wallet, check!

Go rustic (my fav!) with your setup! Lots of moss, daffodils and other natural elements can be a beautiful backdrop for Easter dinner (or a Garden party!) Source 

Place different colored eggs in rustic baskets, tied off with herbs and twine! Inexpensive and beautiful! Source

Rustic doesn't mean you can't be whimsical! Have some fun! little hens or chickens around - add some candy or chocolate eggs and flowers - instant centerpiece! Source

Who doesn't love eggs?! Even if you don't celebrate the holiday, we all can agree that eggs ROCK! Ok, now I want to go make deviled eggs! YUM!!!!
